Comfort Hotel Taksim Istanbul, Istanbul

I had my share of ups and downs during my stay at Comfort Hotel Taksim. While the location was excellent, just a few minutes from Taksim Square, the overall experience was marred by the condition of the rooms and the lack of basic amenities. I was hoping for a more comfortable and well-maintained accommodation, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

I appreciated the hotel's location, being just a short walk from Taksim Square, which made exploring the area very convenient. However, I found the rooms quite cramped and in need of better maintenance. The lack of basic amenities like hand soap and the overall cleanliness of my room left much to be desired. While the staff was friendly, they seemed a bit untrained and not as helpful as I had hoped.
